Day-Of Wedding Coordination

We provided day-of wedding coordination and hands-on event support for a wedding at Garden of the Gods, working closely with the couple ahead of time to understand their vision, priorities, and timeline. Our role was to ensure the day flowed smoothly while taking care of setup, transitions, and cleanup behind the scenes.

 

On the wedding day, our team arrived early to set up the ceremony space, arranging chairs and altar décor before moving into full reception setup. We handled tables, centerpieces, florals, décor, gift areas, and lawn games, ensuring each space was fully prepared before guests arrived.

As the celebration unfolded, we guided guests through transitions, coordinated timing with the DJ and photographer, and ensured key moments happened seamlessly. We also made sure the couple had food waiting for them after photos so they could enjoy the evening without interruption. At the end of the night, we completed full breakdown and delivered all personal items to the couple’s room — allowing the couple and their families to relax and fully enjoy the day from start to finish.
