Intimate Rehearsal Dinner

We supported an intimate rehearsal dinner hosted in a private backyard, where a mother was welcoming family and friends to celebrate her son’s engagement. Our role was to quietly manage the details so she could focus on hosting, connecting, and enjoying the evening.

Before guests arrived, we assisted with setting up tables, chairs, décor, place settings, and the food station, making sure the space felt welcoming and ready. Throughout the dinner, we handled behind-the-scenes support — refilling items, clearing plates, and keeping the area tidy without disrupting the flow of the night.

As the evening wrapped up, we took care of cleanup, including dishes, breaking down tables and décor, and resetting the space. The home was left clean and organized, allowing the host to end the night relaxed and present, rather than overwhelmed by logistics.
